By coming together in a group, we find healing can be profound and learning from each other helps us feel less alone. Feeling apart of a community helps us to heal our families and others. Hi,

I am Diana Welch, a Family Constellations Practitioner. I have been in the Health industry for over 20 years as a TCM Practitioner and still practice at Red Dragon Alternative Medicine in Campbelltown NSW . Mental Health has always been an interest of mine and the more consultations I do, I have seen a need for Family Constellations work as we carry a lot of pain from our family units. Whether that is your immediate family, or the patterns and pain passed down through generations. We tend to hold onto that pain from the past, sometimes allowing it to define us.
